Open Access Policy

Pacifictech Journals Web-Based Portal is committed to immediate and free online access to published scholarly content. In line with international open-access publishing practice, articles are made openly available so readers may access, read, download, and share research without subscription barriers. Authors retain copyright to their work and grant Pacifictech the right to publish and disseminate it as the original publisher. The recommended standard license for research content is Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 (CC BY 4.0), which permits broad reuse with proper attribution. Pacifictech also supports repository deposit and self-archiving of appropriate manuscript versions, encourages data and materials sharing whenever possible, and maintains full editorial independence regardless of any publication fee arrangements. This policy reflects widely adopted principles used by major scholarly publishers and journals in open-access publishing.

This portal is structured as an open-access journal starter, supporting wider access to knowledge, especially for research, training, sustainability, biodiversity, pedagogy, and community engagement.

Editors may later add APC rules, licensing statements, DOI workflows, plagiarism screening, peer-review steps, repository integration, and final publication pages.

By default, authors remain responsible for originality, permissions, authorship consent, ethics compliance, and file accuracy.
