The PACIFICTECH Journals Web-Based Portal respects and protects the privacy of its users, authors, editors, reviewers, readers, conference contributors, and other participants in the publication process. This Privacy Policy explains how personal data is collected, used, stored, accessed, shared, retained, and protected in connection with the operation of the portal and its related editorial, publication, and research management functions.

This policy is intended for the web-based journal submission and editorial system operated by PACIFICTECH and should be read together with the portal’s Terms of Use, Open Access Policy, Copyright Notice, and any separate consent notices or submission forms made available within the system.

PACIFICTECH aims to process personal data in a lawful, fair, secure, and proportionate manner, consistent with the Data Privacy Act of 2012, its IRR, and related guidance of the National Privacy Commission.

User account information, manuscript metadata, editorial notes, and uploaded files are stored in the system database and protected by role-based access. Direct access to uploaded files is restricted in this package.
